To get the most out of our website you need to create an account, this will give you the optimum user experience. We have two levels of accounts ‘Limited Customers’ and ‘Customers’:
A Limited customer is for engineers, they are able to view and browse our catalogue also availability of our products will be displayed. But on top of this, the engineer has the ability to ‘send a quote’ of their desired products in their basket to their relevant Purchasing team or line manager. Once pressed a drop down will display the details of where the engineer wants to send the quote to I.E Purchasing or an Area manager (Note: they have to be part of the same company to be able to view the quote).
A customer has the ability to browse our catalogue, view availability and view the price of products.
Once all desired products have been added to their basket, they have the ability to pay on account where their purchase order number can be inputted and the PDF file can be uploaded. Or they can pay via credit/debit card.
